Haily Backer is a senior at Drake University studying law, politics and society with a minor in business law. She grew up in small-town Iowa on a family farm, and has a background and leadership and public service. Haily strives to build experience in policy and community engagement and is passionate about law, public policy, and ensuring that individuals have a voice in decision-making.
