Olivia Draft brings a background in political communications, campaigning, constituent relations, event coordination, and relationship-building to her work. She has spent her career connecting people with the issues and organizations that matter to them, from working on political campaigns during the 2020 and 2024 election cycles to serving as a Constituent Services Director in the Michigan House of Representatives.
During her time in the Michigan Legislature, Olivia worked directly with constituents, community leaders, businesses, and advocacy organizations, helping navigate complex issues while developing strong relationships across her district. She also founded and directed the Michigan Legislative Bipartisan Softball Game for Charity, an annual event that brought legislators, community members, and businesses together to raise tens of thousands of dollars for charity.
Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from Central Michigan University, along with a certificate in Lawmaking and Legal Process. While at CMU, she was active in College Republicans, serving as president of the CMU chapter and on the state executive board.
Originally from Michigan, Olivia now calls Alabama home. She is married to her wife, Gillian, who is an Army officer. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling, spending time with her wife and German Shepherd, Bruno, and finding new ways to get involved in her community.
