The factors that contribute to an “approved” score are:

1) Congressional Members must have voted “YAY” on H.R. 28 – Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025;

2) U.S. Senators who voted “YAY” to Invoke cloture on the motion to proceed with a vote on Senate Bill 9;

3) Governors or Gubernatorial candidate who have signed Stand with Women legislation into law, signed the Stand with Women Commitment, or publicly championed protecting sex-based rights.
